Due to the ongoing measures to contain the COVID-19 pandemic UBC Okanagan will not be accepting booking requests until further notice.

Currently all bookings and events have been cancelled until June 30th. This cancellation timeline is subject to change and may be extended if the need arises.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  

Event Set Up

  • Once approved, you are responsible for submitting a work order to Facilities Management for all events that require set-up.
  • Work orders must be submitted two weeks prior to the start date of the event.

Audio Visual requirements

  •  Audio Visual equipment is assumed to be in working order at the time your booking is approved, however we encourage you to enter a ticket with IT Services prior to your event to provide them with your audio visual requirements.
