IMPORTANT: Planned Central Booking System Outage: October 7, 2019

If you require a room booking between October 7th and 11th the booking request must be submitted by Thursday October 3rd, 2019 12:00pm.  Requests received between Friday October 4th and Tuesday October 8th will be queued and processed once service resumes.

COM 201 is now available to book

Com 201 is now available to book for Term 2, 2019. All other space in COMS is not bookable, this includes the Galleria — availability TBA.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  

Event Set Up

  • Once approved, you are responsible for submitting a work order to Facilities Management for all events that require set-up.
  • Work orders must be submitted two weeks prior to the start date of the event.

Audio Visual requirements

  •  Audio Visual equipment is assumed to be in working order at the time your booking is approved, however we encourage you to enter a ticket with IT Services prior to your event to provide them with your audio visual requirements.
