All event set-up and tear down requirements are handled by skilled trades people within the campus.  Additional charges may apply for these requirements. Enter a Work Order.  Organizers are responsible for using the garbage and recycling bins provided in each space.  Daily cleaning of the space, which is included in the rental, includes cleaning the black/ white boards, removal of garbage and recycling and vacuuming every other day.  All spaces include general cleaning; however, additional extraordinary cleaning may be subject to additional charges.
