SUO Student Associations (clubs & course unions):   Students may book space on campus if holding a membership in a student association registered with the Students’ Union Okanagan of UBC. To submit an online Room Booking Request Form please visit https://www.suo.ca/events/. 

Please Note:   Booking requests must be received a minimum of 3 business days in advance of the requested event date.

Events on campus, including some educational and business activities, may require an approved Safe Event Plan. For more information on what requires a safe event plan, visit Bookings and Events. Some campus services may be less available than usual due to ongoing return-to-campus planning efforts.
